Account Manager Position -

Locations: (You would be welcome to sell anywhere, but primary responsibilties would be for the local area)

We are looking for some solid Account Managers who are not afraid to pick up the phone, contact people, network, thrives in “thinking on their feet” with ideas. We would love someone who has experience with marketing strategy and can assist clients and prospects with understanding the need for quality marketing. We excel in website development , online media, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media, and multimedia, but also handle traditional media design and placement. You are not limited from selling anywhere in the U.S. and the globe for that matter. Primary role will be to develop opportunities with prospects for improving their overall marketing strategy, selling website development/improvement, search engine optimization (SEO) and PPC, email, digital or eStrategy, video/multimedia and their entire advertising initiatives.

Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of solutions-based sales experience generating new business and clients with an existing relationships or client base / network you can call on. This is a “hunter” position – you are here to develop new business. Prior sales experience selling advertising and/or marketing and websites would be ideal.  A degree in marketing, advertising, or related field is a plus.

Compensation: This is commission only position for first 6 months and then draw/salary will be based on sales volume.  Your commission without a draw will be a generous 15-20% (depending on sales volume) of what you sell for Bevelwise produced services and that percentage on the profit from third party services such as media buys or print orders. If you choose to want a draw from the start, it will not be more than $1500/mo or $2000/mo for the person with documented history of performance, and it will make your commission be between 10-12% with that program. We will adjust salary quarterly based on performance.  We will supply you with business cards, laptop, office phone and sales collateral. If converted after 6 months, you will be provided with company cell phone and have the ability for health benefits with Dental.  Grand Rapids can work out of our corporate office. With performance, a local office (especially in Detroit and Chicago) could be opened.

Target Salary once converted:  $30k Base + 5%-7% commission has a minimum Quota of $20,000/mo in new revenue at the $30k base salary.  $40k base has a $27,500k/mo quota, $50k base has a $35,000/mo quota. Or you can stay on a draw against commission and have it fluctuate quarterly based on your performance (meaning your "salary" would be based off the previous quarter's production and flucutate proportionately."
